Bella is a gentle soul whose life began with heartbreak, but who still believes in kindness.
Bella was rescued after a mass poisoning of street dogs in her neighbourhood, where local dogs were deliberately killed without consequence. She was one of the few survivors, and with nowhere safe to return to, she was taken into the public shelter.
Although Bella is youngster. She is a calm, quiet girl who can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and understanding she begins to relax and show her sweet personality.
More than anything, Bella takes her confidence from other dogs, and she truly thrives when she has a canine companion by her side.
When her time at the public shelter came to an end and returning to the streets became her only option, we knew we couldn’t let that happen. Bella was brought into boarding, where she is now waiting for the loving home she have never known.
Bella is looking for a peaceful home with another friendly, confident dog who can help her continue to blossom. She would be happiest in a calm, adult-only household where life is predictable and gentle, although she could happily cope with respectful, dog-savvy older visiting children. She has not yet been assessed with cats. She is neutered.
Bella has already survived more than any young dog should have to. Now she deserves a family who will show her that the world can be a safe place, filled with love, patience and companionship.
