Ricky is a 1.5 year old male Cross-Breed currently in foster care in Essex, UK. He is a sweet-natured boy with a lovely character.
We rescued him and his brother from Macedonia where they were at threat of being killed. His brother luckily found a home very quickly but Ricky waited in kennels for months. He arrived in May in his foster home in Essex and is adapting to a life in a home.
He adores attention, loves cuddles, and thrives in a calm, loving environment. He won’t say no to a gentle brush and would be an amazing friend!
He’s sociable with female dogs but can be dominant with males, so he would do best either as an only dog or with a friendly female companion.
Currently in a foster home where he happily ignores the resident cats, Ricky is also good with children over 5 who respect his space.
He would be happiest in a rural or semi-rural setting where he can enjoy space and a peaceful routine.
Ricky is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find his forever home.
